DC RETO is the most popular Music artist in Honduras and one of the most popular artists in all of Central America. Their current single "Me Haces Falta" is a number one single in both Honduras and Guatemala on both Christian and mainstream radio. Three of the songs from their current album have made it to the top ten countdowns on national radio in Honduras and the music is being played all over Central and North America including Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Mexico, Miami, New Orleans and California.

Their music style is like nothing you have heard before. It is a unique blend of of rap, hip hop, techno, and dance music within the Spanish context of Bomba and a popular Latin style of music, Playero.

DC RETO is a six member group comprised of 3 sisters married to 3 missionaries. The ministry based group has worked with worked with Tree of Life Ministries as an outreach to gang members and youth that live on the streets.

The name DC RETO stands for "dedicated to Christ with a rhythm to experience an omnipotent touch." The six members of the band include Caleb Shaw a.k.a Gringo Loco and his wife, Fatima, Juan Carlos Alvarada a.k.a MC JC and his wife Sarai, Brian Norris and his wife Maria Elena.
